Using RT-PCR, BGI has already built research methods and reagents for the research of about 100 kinds of human related genes’ quantified expression and the analysis of these results is also available in BGI. According to the needs of customers and experiments, we can also develop research methods for the quantitative detection of other genes.

Mainly used in:

 • Analysis of variance of mRNA expression of different tissues;

 • Detecting drug effect on mRNA expression and evaluating the therapeutic effect of certain drugs;

 • Using the new probe named AMMS-PENTAIL in gene mutation detecting.
