Our mainly experimental method is cutting a small tissue of an animal, and culturing it in the vitro environment to grow out cells, finally establish a stable cell line. The suspension of the cells could be preserved in the liquid nitrogen by the freezing methods and then could regrow by the thawing methods. As the basis of the human society’s survival and development, the biological species are facing much more threat than any else before. A large number of species confront endangerment and extinction, and this is harmful to a harmonic society. Apply this project could solve this problem in a certain extent and implement the human sustainable development. In the breeding field, combine with the cloning technology, could preserve species resource. Not only that, a large number of the resource could use to research some various functional genes, combine with transgenic to promote the level of the scientific research and production efficiency.
