Human Resource Department is the main business sector of BGI which is responsible for the recruitment. The role is to integrate,manage and develop the recruit channel, and do the jobs for candidates regarding reception, interview and hire etc.The job opportunities of BGI are published by internal notice boards, website, the talents market, journals and magazines. The entire recruitment process is based on the related legal requirements, and the principle of open, fair, transparent, non-discrimination. If you are subject to any unfair treatment during the interview, you can complain directly to the HR manager. we will ensure that your rights and interests are prevented.

Conditions:
A, top100 colleges and universities; Bachelor degree or above; with biological, medical, computer, physics, mathematics background; in good health; meet the qualifications of positions (see the detail reuqirements of each published position).

B, one of the following situations will be not hired
1) under 18 years old;
2) was deprived of civil rights;
3) with criminal behaviour;
4) with bad records such as corruption or bribery, and be punished in other units;
5) with serious dereliction of duty in other units;
6) has served for other companies of BGI, and was dismissed due to the working ability, personal misconduct;
7) were identified problems by physical checking who can not adapt to the position;
8) have not finish the dismission procedures in previous unit,  and can not provide proof of dismission.
9) The survey found that those who have not truly provide related information.

Recruitment process
1) Resume delivery , resume screening, interview, interview assessment, sending offers, and registration will be the whole process of hire. Interview assessment is generally about 2 times which depends on specific conditions of interview,.
2) To ensure that you receive the quality reception of interview, we recommend that you do not come to company directly.
3) Provide information
ID card, degree certificates (student card is needed for interns), a medical certificate in the county level hospitals or above, CET4/6 and computer certificates, proof of dismission, 3 inch of non-hat recent color photo , as well as other requested information of the position.

2) to submit materials:
 
Employment Agreement of Graduate, the recommendation forms, transcripts, English certificates or results, ID card and so on.
